Returns and Replacements

1. First Order Return Policy πŸ’–

We want your first SOVIV experience to be absolutely perfect! That’s why we offer a one-time return option on your very first order.

  • Eligibility: Applies only once per customer (based on registered email/phone/shipping address).

  • Reason: Returns are accepted only for size-related issues on your first order, within 7 days of delivery.

  • Refund Method: Once the product is returned and inspected, you’ll receive store credit (valid for future purchases).

  • Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and in the original packaging. Items showing wear, washing, fragrance, stains, or damage will not be accepted.

  • Shipping Charges: Return shipping will be borne by the customer. We can assist in arranging pickup at actual courier charges. If you arrange return shipping yourself, SOVIV will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.


2. No Returns After the First Order 🚫

From your second order onwards, we cannot accept returns.

  • Hygiene & Safety: Intimate wear cannot be accepted once tried or worn.

  • Comfort First: Please check our size guide carefully before ordering.


3. Replacement Policy πŸ”„

We stand by the quality of our products. If you experience a manufacturing defect or receive the wrong item, we’ll happily replace it.

  • Eligibility:

    • Manufacturing Defect (e.g., stitching issues, faulty zippers, damaged fabric).

    • Wrong Product (incorrect item or size sent).

  • Timeframe: Report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

  • How to Request: Contact us with your order number, a photo of the defect (if applicable), and a short description.

  • Process:

    1. Our team will review and confirm eligibility.

    2. If approved, return the defective item (at no cost to you if it’s our error).

    3. Once received, a replacement will be shipped within 7–10 business days (subject to stock availability).

    4. If a replacement is unavailable, equivalent store credit will be issued.


4. What Is Not Eligible 🚫

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return or replacement:

  • Worn, washed, or used products

  • Products with stains, fragrance, or in unsanitary condition

  • Personalized/custom orders

  • Products reported outside the eligibility timeframe


5. Damaged in Transit πŸ“¦

If your product arrives damaged during delivery, please report it within 48 hours of receiving it. Share photos of the packaging and product so we can assist with a replacement.


6. Partial Orders πŸ›’

If you purchased multiple items, only the defective/incorrect product will be eligible for replacementβ€”not the full order.

  • We’ll review your request and share return/replacement instructions.

  • If eligible, send the product back. We’ll cover the shipping if it’s defective, wrong, or our error.

  • Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll process your return or ship the replacement.


8. Refunds & Store Credit πŸ’°

  • Store Credit Only: All refunds are issued as store credit (no cash refunds).

  • Validity: Store credit will remain valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

  • Timeline: Credit will be issued within 2–3 business days after return approval.


9. Shipping Charges 🚚

  • For Defects/Wrong Products: We cover all shipping costs.

  • For First-Order Returns (non-defective): Customers cover return shipping.


10. Important Notes ⚠️

  • All returned items undergo quality checks. Returns may be refused if they do not meet the eligibility criteria.

  • SOVIV reserves the right to deny returns or replacements in cases of policy abuse, repeated claims, or fraudulent activity.
