At SOVIV, we value your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. If you wish to have your account and related information deleted, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Data Deletion

  1. Send Us an Email

    • Email:Β support@soviv.in

    • Subject line: β€œData Deletion Request”

    • Include: Your full name, registered email address, and (if applicable) your order number(s) to help us verify your identity.

  3. Verification

    • For your security, we may ask you to confirm your request or provide additional details.

  4. Processing & Confirmation

    • Once verified, we will delete your account data, including login information, personal details, and purchase history, from our Shopify store.

    • You will receive an email confirmation once the process is complete.

    • Please note: Certain transaction data may be retained if legally required (e.g., tax or compliance purposes).

Login Methods & OAuth Data

  • Facebook Login
    If you signed in with Facebook, all authentication tokens and linked profile data will be deleted from our systems after your deletion request. No connection with your Facebook account will remain.

  • Google Login
    If you signed in with Google, all authentication tokens and linked profile data will be deleted from our systems after your deletion request. No connection with your Google account will remain.

  • Email/Password Login
    If you registered with email and password, all credentials and associated personal data will be permanently deleted.

Third-Party Apps & Integrations

Our store uses third-party applications (such as payment gateways, shipping providers, analytics tools, and marketing integrations) through the Shopify platform.

  • Shopify-Integrated Apps: When you request deletion, Shopify automatically notifies many installed apps. These apps are contractually required to delete customer data upon request.

  • External Integrations: If data has been shared with providers outside of Shopify’s ecosystem, we will take reasonable steps to forward your request. However, you may also need to contact those providers directly.

  • Important Limitation: SOVIV cannot guarantee deletion of data already stored by third-party service providers. Each provider is responsible for handling deletion requests in accordance with their own privacy policy.
