Return Guidelines

At SOVIV, we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to assist you with the return process.

 

Eligibility for Returns

 

• Time Frame: You may return any item within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Any items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear will not be eligible for a return.

• Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

• Intimate Wear Products: Due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns on intimate wear products. However, if you receive an item with a quality defect, a replacement product will be provided upon receiving sufficient proof of the defect (e.g., photos of the defective product).

• Custom-made or personalized products

• Sale items or products purchased during promotional events

• Gift cards

 

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at dontbeshy@soviv.in with your order number and reason for return.

2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return.

3. Packaging: Ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. Include the original invoice in the package.

4. Shipping: Ship the item back to us at the address provided in the return approval email. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

 

Refunds

• Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

• Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

• Product Availability: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dontbeshy@soviv.in with your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect product. We will provide instructions for a free return and replacement.

 

Final Sale Items

• Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
